What to do when you forgot your icloud password and username

So my little sister took my Ipod and made it locked for what it says "24,044,689" mins, weird right? then I looked up how to get out of that and back into my ipod. Finally I figured out how to get out of that by holding down the home and off button forcing it to re download, but now it had completely restarted and I need a password that I used a LONG time ago and a username that I can't remember either. I have no clue what to do.
